路透9月30日电—据汤森路透旗下IFR报导，位于北京的在线服饰零售商凡客诚品计划10月递交美国上市申请。该公司拟第四季度上市，并最多融资10亿美元。

据接近该交易的消息人士透露，交易是否能如期上市，将取决于市场状况以及美国投资者对中国IPO(首次公开发行)的兴趣是否复苏。

此前，该公司已经任命五家投行负责该交易，包括中金、花旗(C.N: 行情)、瑞信(CSGN.VX: 行情)、高盛(GS.N: 行情)和摩根士丹利(MS.N: 行情)。(完)
