路透北京9月30日电—中国保监会近日发布办法,要求各保险公司等以保单实名制为基础,提高反洗钱内控水平,以进一步加强保险业反洗钱监管,并禁止来源不合法资金投资入股.

保监会公布的《保险业反洗钱工作管理办法》明确,申请设立保险公司、保险资产管理公司应当符合投资资金来源合法等反洗钱条件.办法将于10月1日起执行.

保监会并要求保险公司、保险资产管理公司应当建立健全反洗钱内控制度;并规定如增加注册资本或股权变更,保险公司、保险资产管理公司应当知悉投资资金来源.(完)
